A student is eligible for admission to L.K.G. if he / she completes 3 years on 31st July of the academic year. Relative age is applied for admission to other higher Classes upto Class VIII.
Pupils seeking admission in our schools, will undergo an entrance test and admission is done on the basis of the marks.
Pupils from CBSE schools will be admitted without entrance test.
At the time of admission the following documents in original are to be furnished.
Parents desirous of withdrawing their children from the school shall make a request in writing accompanied by a remittance of Rs.50/- towards the fee for the issue of the Transfer Certificate.
School fee for the entire term is payable irrespective of the month in which the withdrawal takes place, even if the pupil has attended school for a day during the term.
Rules and Regulations
1. All the pupils should attend their classes punctually with their lessons well prepared. They should come to school neat and tidy in the prescribed uniform. A student who is not in proper uniform is liable to be sent home.
2. No pupil can leave the school premises during the school premises during the school hours withour the permission of the principal.
3. Pupils who come late will be admitted to the class only with the permission of the Principal during the school hours.
4. Pupils should show respect and reverence to the authorities and staff. They should be gentle and polite in their behavior.
5. Teacher while entering the class room the pupils shall rise and say ‘Namaste’with folded hands. At the end of the period when the teacher leaves the class room, the pupils shall rise again and take their seats quietly.
6. Any pupil who tampers with the school property or found of any kind of lapse is liable for severe disciplinary action and the damage will be borne by the student.
7.Pupils should themselves be responsible for their belonging like kind books, note books, fountain pen, tiffin carriers or any other things which they bring to the school. Girl students are strictly forbidden from attending the school wearing costly ornaments.
8. Pupils are expected to keep the class room and the school premises absolutely clean and tidy.
9. Pupils whose presence is not conducive to the good name of the school shall be asked to withdraw.
10. No pupil shall absent himself/herself from the class without obtaining previous permission. Any leave taken should be followed with a leave letter duly attested by the parents.
11. A Medical Certificate will have to be produced to cover absence due to illness for a period exceeding one week.
12. Absence for a period of a month without written permission of the Principal, shall result in the name of the pupil being removed from the rolls.
13. No pupil shall be eligible for promotion unless he / she puts in an attendance of 75% of the total number of working days in the whole years.
14. Parents are not allowed to meet the teacher when they are in their class. Those desirous of meeting the teacher about the progress of their children, may meet them in the staff room, only after obtaining permission of the Principal.
15. The practice of private tuition is generally not encouraged. Special efforts to improve slow learners are taken by the school, out of school hours at no extra cost to the parents. However, parents desirous of arranging private tuition for their children with the teachers of the school shall apply to the Principal and get prior permission of the school committee.
16. For the sake of maintaining uniformity, all books, not books and school uniform materials are supplied from the school.
